We work on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to make them clear, easy to read and provide straightforward acces to the required information.

We have developed a database application that can be accessed from the workbench in the lab. The same application allows the input of suggestions for improvement made by the laboratory technicians.

Furthermore we guarantee the correct performance of the procedures by a technician qualification system that includes pratical and theoretical training followed by an examination for competence.
